I was part of a large-scale project for a Car company Group aimed at unifying the websites of its various brands across multiple European countries. The goal was to create a consistent and cohesive digital experience through the implementation of a white-label design system that could be adapted to different markets and brand identities.
I initially joined the team as a UI Designer, focusing on creating visually consistent interfaces aligned with brand guidelines. Over time, my role evolved to encompass both UX and UI design, allowing me to be involved in the entire end-to-end process, from gathering client requirements and defining user flows, to designing screens, validating user interactions, and supporting the implementation of the final solution.
This project strengthened my ability to design scalable systems, collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, and ensure a balance between brand flexibility and user experience consistency at an international level.
Please note, this project didn't go live so it's just a design concept
